On 25th September some very fortunate pupils headed off to Newry on our annual merit trip. These pupils all reached 45 merits and the trip is a way for the school to congratulate these pupils. They headed to Formula Karting in Newry. There was same nail biting races with Max Wilson coming out as the overall champion, ‘Lewis Hamilton eat your heart out!!’ .
After the karting the pupils headed to the Quays for some retail therapy and a spot of lunch. A great day was had by all and the race is certainly on for pupils to aim high and reach for their 45 merits this year.
