Banbridge Library Poetry Competition.
Gareth McCabe from 9A1 recently won the Banbridge Community Relations’ Poetry Competition. The theme of the competition this year was ‘Let’s Talk’ . Gareth was the proud winner of a Tyrone Crystal Plaque, as well as vouchers for his own use. A special ceremony was organised for him and his class in Banbridge Library, where Gareth read his poem to the group. Afterwards the group enjoyed a storytelling session with local author
