We in Rathfriland High School are delighted with our best ever set of results at GCSE level. We are justly proud of the high performance of all our students in this examination series with a staggering 97% of all pupils achieving the gold standard of 5+ A* - C. This again will ensure that we are up there along with the highest performing non-selective secondary schools in Northern Ireland.
This has been an exceptional year, justly rewarding the hard work of the pupils, the dedication of the staff and very positive parental support. Our pupils are well placed to move on to further study across the full range of pathways be they academic or vocational. Rathfriland High School has provided them with a very firm footing from which to step onto the next phase of their education.
