James Frazer from 10A1 participated in the first ever Take Away My Way all-island Cookery Competition. The aim of the competition was to encourage students to display their culinary capabilities while also promoting the importance of healthy eating. There were almost 1000 entries and James was one of sixteen students who was chosen to compete in the all-island cook off on the 5th May 2011 in St Angela’s College, Sligo.
