Year 12 A2 pupils had a trip to see ‘Macbeth’ at The Market Theatre Armagh last week. This is a drama text pupils study for GCSE coursework, so it was a great opportunity to see it performed on stage. This was Macbeth as you’ve never seen it before; thirty-eight characters, seven actors, two oriental dragons, one Zulu war dance, Balinese masks, Aboriginal mysticism and Celtic influence. It really was an outstanding performance and a great day out!
