We had a great 4 sessions of the Bring Your Grown Up scheme funded by the University of Ulster. Pupils and parents from Rathfriland High School and the local primary schools met together on a number of evenings and engaged in a range of activities using the Izak 9 cubes. We explored topics such as fractions, decimals, percentages and recapped basic mathematical language and terminology. Hopefully both pupils and parents have developed a greater confidence in using Mathematics and enjoyed the chance to explore Maths in a more interactive and entertaining way.
