On 15th November 2007, Laura Phillips organised a fundraiser with the help of Claire McCrum, Gemma Davenport, Leah Shilliday, Catherine Stewart and Paul Stewart by holding a table quiz. The table quiz consisted of 10 rounds with 10 questions in each round. Three of the rounds were fun rounds as the pupils had to guess the theme tunes, such as the 'Adam's Family', guess the celebrity and the last but not least guess the teachers in which 5 of our teachers were pictured as babies. The table quiz included all pupils and was run during the school day. Years 8, 9 and 10 enjoyed their table quiz in the afternoon and Years 11 and 12 between break and lunch time. Everyone donated £1.00 to take part in the quiz. At the end of the day the team raised £223.67 for Children in Need.
