Fairtrade
The children are at school,
The farm is going well.
We have been saved,
From going bankrupt again!
It’s because of a company,
‘FAIRTRADE’ by name.
Who helped us, and saved us,
Because of it- We’re farming again!
Just look at the packet,
The logo is clear.
YES! ‘Fairtrade’ is helping,
The farmer again!
Bananas and coffee and chocolate too,
‘Fairtrade’ is helping the farmer get through.
Extra money from produce, which is grown on their farm alone,
The farmer now has a house and home, but most of all, a farm of their own.
