Firework Safety Assembly

We were delighted to welcome Con. Moorhead from the Banbridge Neighborhood Policing team to our school assembly this morning. During assembly our guest highlighted the dangers associated with fireworks, especially during the Halloween period.

The video used emphasized the impact fireworks can have on pets and the elderly and the potential for injury to anyone using fireworks or innocent bystanders. It also explored the potential long-term consequences of misusing fireworks.
