The Home Economics department were delighted to welcome Patricia McClean to take 4 Year 9 classes over the past few weeks. Patricia is a demonstrator who works for the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC). She informed the pupils about the company and the importance of eating NI farm quality assured beef and lamb as well as delivering messages about food safety and hygiene. She demonstrated two dishes which the pupils (and staff) enjoyed sampling - Tikka Mince with Poppadom's and a Honey chilli beef rice bowl.
