The annual Year 8 residential to Killowen Outdoor Education Centre took place between Monday 14th and Friday 18th September.
Year 8 pupils were able to take part in exciting activities such as bouldering, canoeing, scrambling, abseiling and the zip line. It was great for pupils to enjoy activities together outside the classroom, with many overcoming nerves to take part in them! The residential gave Year 8 pupils the opportunity to get to know their classmates and teachers and to engage in team working activities.
The instructors at the centre were great fun and as usual, the food was fantastic! Overall- a great experience!
