After a long day's travel, our tourists arrived at the state of the art Sale Sharks Training Complex for a strength and conditioning session with 1st XV coach Lukas Isakka.
The England Rugby men's team were using the facilities just before we arrived, but we quickly gave them the boot and got to work.
We then made our way to our hotel and got a good night's sleep, ready for today's fixtures vs. Audenshaw School and DNA Netball Club.
