Natasha Wins Storywriting Competition
4th Nov 2008
Well done to Year 11 pupil Natasha Scragg who won a short storywriting competition organised by Banbridge Library. The competition was organised to celebrate 100 years of Mills and Boon’s novels. To enter she had to write a short story in the romance genre. Natasha cleverly organised her entry in a diary format, a technique praised by the judges.
Natasha won a new Ipod, and was thrilled to be invited to Banbridge Library to collect it on 27.10.08. Natasha added ‘The best part for me is having my story printed in the newspaper for everyone to read’- hopefully the first of many to come!
Well done Natasha!
