Trip to Tayto Castle
On Friday 25th October, the Year 11 Home Economics and the Year 12 Business and Communication Systems (BCS) classes joined together for a trip to Tayto Castle.
Pupils enjoyed a tour of the factory and sampling some of Tatyo's most favourite items. They even got to meet the main man himself- Mr Tatyo!
This supported the work Home Economics pupils have just completed, where they have been learning about Food Provenance, Processing and Production.
The BCS class are looking at Marketing and what better brand to look at than one of Northern Ireland's most successful companies.
If that wasn't enough food for the day, we also treated ourselves to a McDonalds for lunch before returning to school.
Mrs Wallace and Mrs Budde would like to thank all pupils for their excellent engagement and behaviour throughout the day.
