On Friday, 23rd September, the RS Year 11 GCSE class went on a RE trip to St John's, Church of Ireland in Rathfriland. The Rev Ian Linton kindly gave us a tour of his church. He told about the importance of baptism and communion in the church setting. We also looked at the beautiful stained glass windows and the general layout. The pupils listened intently as the minister talked about the church. I would like to express my thanks to Rev Ian Linton for giving of his time and to the class for making this an enjoyable trip.
