On Wednesday 11th December, the Year 12 Geography class, Mrs Tumilty and Mrs McCready visited Titanic Quarter in Belfast. First of all they had a very informative talk from Peter McCartney, Project Manager, in Titanic Buildings. They then experienced walking tour of some of the sites and buildings in Titanic Quarter. Pupils got to see this urban regeneration project first hand which will hopefully help inform their case study for their examinations next summer. After the visit, the group walked across the river to Victoria Square where they got to take part in some festive retail therapy before returning to Rathfriland High School.
