On Thursday 18th October, 2012, Patricia Mc Clean from The Livestock Meat Commission provided a cookery demonstration to Year 9 Pupils. Again, a bit of a squeeze (58 pupils in the HE practical room), however something that was enjoyed by all pupils, (especially tasting the dishes!!).
Patricia demonstrated three dishes:
- Chilli Nachos
- Cottage Pie with Leek and Potato Topping
- Sweet Plum Stir-Fry with Fire Cracker Rice
