Our U16 Rugby team enjoyed their first win of the season on Tuesday, when they played Banbridge High School. The boys are to be commended for their efforts so far this season, being faced with a number of high calibre opponents and until now, they’ve been on the wrong side of the score line.
That said, Banbridge made the boys work hard and there were a number of outstanding performances, however none more so than from captain Joel Johnston, who led his team by example, making countless contributions in both attack and defence.

All in all, a rewarding performance from a team showing signs of improvement.
